Terms of use and sale

Last updated 30 September 2026

Riggr (riggr.co) lets creators publish a public page listing the gear they use and their setups, with links to the stores that sell it. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and to every paid subscription. Visitors who only browse a creator’s page don’t need an account.

1. Your account

You must be at least 15 years old to create an account, and of legal age (or have a parent’s consent) to take a paid plan. You sign in with your email or with Google or Discord. Keep your access to yourself: whatever is done from your account is your responsibility.

Your handle (riggr.co/yourname) is first come, first served. Handles that impersonate someone else, Riggr or a brand can be refused or taken back. You can change yours once every 90 days.

2. Your content

What you publish (text, photos, logos, fonts, links) stays yours. You give Riggr a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce and display it, only to run and show your page, for as long as it is online. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload.

Not allowed on Riggr:

  • illegal content, hate, harassment, threats or violence;
  • sexual content, and anything involving minors in a sexual way;
  • counterfeits, and content that infringes someone else’s rights (photos, brands, fonts);
  • misleading links, phishing, malware and spam.

Riggr hosts creators’ content and doesn’t review it before it goes online. We remove what breaks these rules once it is reported to us, and can suspend or close the account behind it (with notice when the situation allows). To report a page, write to us: our contact details.

3. Affiliate links

On the Free and Creator plans, products on your page show Amazon buttons only (the product on Amazon, or an Amazon search for it), and they carry Riggr’s Amazon Associates tag: a purchase through them can earn Riggr a commission, at no extra cost to the buyer. Buttons to other stores are a Pro feature.

On the Pro plan, Amazon links use your own Associates tag in every country where you’ve entered one; countries without a tag of yours use Riggr’s (or your main tag where Riggr has none either). Links to other stores open exactly as you entered them, so your own affiliate links for those stores keep working. Commissions are paid to you directly by those programmes, never through Riggr.

Your affiliate programmes are your business: you follow their rules and the disclosure rules that apply to you (in France, the June 2023 law on influencers included). Riggr adds a generic Amazon notice to pages, which doesn’t replace yours. Prices and stock shown on a page come from the stores and can be out of date: the store’s page is the one that counts.

4. Plans, prices and payment

Riggr is free to use. The paid plans (Creator and Pro), what they include and their prices are listed on the pricing page; the price shown when you subscribe is the one you pay. It is billed in euros in the eurozone and in US dollars elsewhere.

Payment is handled by Stripe: Riggr never sees your card number. A subscription is paid monthly or yearly, in advance, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. If a price changes, you’ll be told at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies. Your invoices are in the billing portal (dashboard menu, Manage billing).

Switching plans is done from the billing portal and is prorated. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and you keep your plan meanwhile; if it still fails, the subscription ends and your account goes back to Free.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard: Manage billing in the menu, then the cancel option. You keep your plan until the end of the period already paid, then you’re never charged again. The period already started isn’t refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below. Your page stays online on the Free plan, and your paid settings are kept: they come back if you subscribe again.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from your first subscription to a paid plan to change your mind, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time (a simple email is enough, for example: “I withdraw from my Riggr subscription taken on [date], account [email]”). We refund you in full, with the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request, and your account goes back to Free. Renewals don’t open a new withdrawal period.

To withdraw, write to: our contact details.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your page, products, photos and statistics are deleted straight away, and an active subscription is cancelled on the spot, with no further charge (and no refund of the current period, except under the right of withdrawal).

8. The service

We do our best to keep Riggr online and working, without being able to promise it will never be interrupted (maintenance, outages, a provider down). Features can evolve; if one you pay for is removed, you’ll be told in advance and can cancel. If Riggr ever shuts down, you’ll be told at least 30 days before, and the unused part of a yearly subscription will be refunded.

A purchase made through a link on a page is a contract between the buyer and the store: Riggr isn’t a party to it and isn’t responsible for the products sold. Within the limits allowed by law, Riggr is only liable for direct damage caused by a fault on its part.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we can suspend or close your account. We’ll tell you why, unless the law or the urgency of the situation prevents it.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a significant change, subscribers are told by email at least 30 days before it applies; if you don’t agree, you can cancel before then.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of your place of residence. In case of a problem, write to us first: most things get sorted out quickly. our contact details.
